14 September is the day when Prato will be the reference point for sustainability in the world of fashion and luxury thanks to an event promoted by Process Factory.
A national initiative hosted by Lanificio Fratelli Balli in the historical factory in Via Bologna, where experts from all over Italy will arrive for a discussion on production impacts and digital product passport.
On Thursday 14, from 2.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., the tenth edition of “4sustainability” will be held, with researchers, university professors, sustainability and sustainable fashion experts and representatives of international organisations committed to the transition of the fashion system towards sustainability gathered in one place.
The central themes will be the measurement of the impact and transparency of the supply chain, and the widespread application of the digital product passport: ‘On the road’ is the title chosen for the day in Prato.
At the Lanificio Fratelli Balli, which has almost one hundred employees between the woolen and finishing mills, and covers over 30,000 square metres, Leonardo Raffaelli, co-owner of Balli, Andrea Crespi of Eurojersey, Fabio Campana of Lanificio dell’Olivo, Matteo Marzotto of Minerva Hub, and Claudio Rovere of Holding Moda, among others, will meet.
