Première Vision's new face ready to debut

It will be a new edition in many ways that is about to begin at the Parc des Expositions in Villepinte, where Première Vision is ready to drop its four axes.

Four like the priority areas that have been identified for the renewal of a show that has already experienced some novelties in the latest versions, starting with the move to July.

From July 4 to 6 su will restart from sustainability, declined in the “A better way” program, from an evolved exhibition layout and the creation of a PV Hub dedicated to innovation, from an evolutionary approach to fashion information and trend forums, and from a new service policy for buyers.

On display were collections for the Fall-Winter 24-25 season from nearly 1,315 exhibitors from 47 countries: spinners, weavers, tanners, textile designers, accessory and component manufacturers, and garment manufacturers, as always selected by the expert committee for international and quality offerings with a 16 percent increase over July 2022.

All of Europe (Italy, France, UK, Spain, Portugal, Germany, including the UK), the Mediterranean basin (Turkey, Morocco, Tunisia) and Asia (Japan, Korea, India, China) are represented.

The “A better way” novelty will primarily concern virtuous exhibitors: their stand will be recognizable by a panel that is awarded based on five criteria represented by symbols (social implications, impact of production sites, traceability, product composition/processes, durability of the finished product and end of life).

“This second edition of Première Vision Paris in July,” says show director Gilles Lasbordes, “is full of new features. A new step forward has been taken, and we are particularly pleased to support the industry in its environmentally responsible transition with the ‘a better way’ program. This initiative, which we have been working on for more than a year, aims to simplify the daily work of buyers and help them navigate . There are 290 industry professionals already admitted to this program.”
